▪ v1.0.0-rc.2 · downloadable editorial system

Your ideas, developed and written in your voice.

Ghostwriting OS is a 73-file Markdown instruction system you give to an AI assistant you already use. It analyzes real writing you've written, builds an editable Author Passport, develops angles, drafts, edits, fact-checks, and adapts the result for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. You review, approve, and publish — always.

§ The problem it solves

AI drafts that read like a press release. This fixes the process, not just the prompt.

Generic AI writing fails in a specific way: it flattens your reasoning into average prose, pads claims, and invents confidence. Ghostwriting OS is a set of instructions and working documents that imposes an editorial process instead — voice learned from your actual writing, angles argued before drafting, every checkable claim tracked to evidence, and a hard rule that nothing publishes without your review.

§ The workflow

From rough idea to reviewed draft, in five moves.

  1. Learn your voice from your own posts

Paste 5–15 posts you wrote. The system produces a short, evidence-labeled profile proposal — sentence patterns, vocabulary, rhythm — where every attribute is marked Observed, Inferred, or Unknown. You approve it or correct it once. That's your Author Passport, and it's editable.

  2. Develop the idea before touching the words

Give one rough note — a complaint, a story from your work, a question a reader asked. The system explores distinct angles, recommends one, and records what evidence each claim will need.

  3. Draft against a claim ledger

The draft comes with a compact evidence note: which assertions are source-supported, which are customer-supplied (yours), which are unverified. Unsupported claims get removed, qualified, or flagged — never padded with invented client wins or citations.

  4. Edit against your own writing

Revisions are disciplined: say whether a correction is "just for this post" or a permanent preference, and the system proposes a profile diff for approval. Adapting to X, LinkedIn, Instagram, or YouTube keeps the meaning while fitting the platform.

  5. Export and move anywhere

Ask for "Export my profile and session handoff" and you get portable text you save yourself. Take it to any compatible host in a new session. An AI saying "saved" is never trusted — you verify a file exists.

▤ Deliverables

What's inside the 73-file package.

A downloadable ZIP (version 1.0.0-rc.2) with a verified file manifest (MANIFEST.sha256). Two ways to run it:

Chat edition: paste one file (CHAT-EDITION.md) into any capable AI chat. This is the fastest route and needs no uploads.
Workspace mode: point a file-capable agent (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Hermes) at the extracted folder and it works from the modular instruction files.
  • The core contract — SYSTEM.md: the authority, truth, and delivery rules your AI applies every session (never invent credentials, results, quotes, or sources; evidence labels; approval states).
  • Nine engines — orchestrator, research, idea selection, writing, editing, voice calibration, fact-checking, feedback learning, production planning.
  • Onboarding pipeline — sample analysis, profile generation, approval gates, resume format for portable profiles.
  • Platform guides — X, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, with compliance checks per destination.
  • Quality system — editorial rubric, factual integrity, platform compliance, voice fidelity, release checklist.
  • Setup guides — ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Hermes, Codex, Cursor, Meta Muse fallback, plus a compatibility report and smoke test.
  • Three complete worked examples — creator, consultant, and expert personas with passports and full worked sessions, plus a first-session walkthrough.
  • Operations docs — usage guide, troubleshooting, architecture, privacy handling, refund and license terms, offline reading guide (READ.html), checksum manifest.

▪ Compatibility — stated accurately

Runs in the AI tools you already have.

Start by pasting the chat edition into a compatible assistant. File-capable agents can use the full workspace. Capabilities vary by host and plan; external host installations have not been live-tested for this release — the package's own compatibility report documents what is documented versus verified. AI provider fees and usage limits are separate from the purchase.

HostHow it runsStatus
ChatGPTPaste chat edition into chat or Project filesDocumented, not live-tested
Claude / ProjectsPaste or project-knowledge uploadDocumented, not live-tested
Claude CodeWorkspace files + CLAUDE.mdDocumented, not live-tested
HermesLocal skill files (SKILL.md included)Documented, not live-tested
CodexWorkspace files, AGENTS.md discoveryDocumented, not live-tested
CursorWorkspace files, root AGENTS.mdDocumented, not live-tested
Meta MuseManual paste fallbackManual fallback only

"Documented" means the host's official documentation supports the named mechanism — not that every install was live-tested. Profiles always export as plain text for manual reuse if a host can't handle files.

§ Who it's for

Creators, founders, consultants, educators, and subject-matter experts who publish.

You have real material — opinions from work, client lessons, a field you know — and you want a consistent editorial process, not a ghostwriting service. You stay the final editor. If you want fully automated posting or guaranteed growth, this isn't it.

§ Honest limitations

  • Downloadable instructions, not software, SaaS, or a managed ghostwriting service.
  • Requires a compatible AI assistant you already have; provider fees and limits are yours.
  • External host installs are documented but not live-validated for this release.
  • No guaranteed views, followers, engagement, or revenue. You are the final editor.
  • Future updates are not promised; the $200 covers the delivered version, with continued use.

? FAQ

Common questions

Do I need to give it my passwords or API keys?

No. The package never asks for credentials, and profiles must never contain secrets. You use the AI tools you already have.

Does it post for me?

No. It produces drafts, checks, and production notes. You review and publish. Nothing connects to your accounts.

Which AI tools does it work with?

ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Hermes, Codex, and Cursor have setup guides. Meta Muse has a manual paste route. Capabilities vary by host — see the compatibility section above — and any AI provider's fees are separate from this purchase.

Is this a subscription?

No. $200 once covers the delivered version, with continued use of that version. No subscription, retainer, or additional tiers.

What about refunds?

Because it's an immediately delivered download, discretionary change-of-mind refunds aren't offered after access begins — mandatory consumer rights, nondelivery, and defect remedies still apply, along with the storefront's rules. Full policy: Terms.

Can I use it for client work?

Yes — writing for your own clients is included in the license. You may not redistribute the toolkit itself. Details: Terms.
