reachbysam.com is an informational storefront. Content is provided as-is, without warranty. Links to third-party pages (including the storefront and payment provider) are provided for convenience; their terms and privacy policies apply on those sites.

Ghostwriting OS — license

Ghostwriting OS is sold for $200 USD, one-time. A lawful purchase grants one purchaser — an individual or one customer organization — a non-exclusive, continuing right to use the delivered version for their own authorized writing work. You may keep reasonable backups and privately adapt the instructions. Authorized staff of the same organization may use its copy for that organization's work. You may use the system to produce writing for your own clients and provide them the resulting writing; you may not distribute the underlying toolkit as part of that service.

You may publish and commercially use your drafts, profiles, and other resulting content, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, author authorization, and your AI provider's terms. The seller claims no ownership of your samples or outputs. No promise is made that any AI output qualifies for copyright or is free of third-party rights.

Redistribution is not permitted: do not resell, sublicense, publicly upload, or redistribute the product's instructional files, or a substantially equivalent repackaged workflow product, without permission. Privately providing the files to your chosen AI provider to operate the system is permitted. Sharing your finished writing is permitted. Separate customer organizations need their own licenses to operate the toolkit themselves. No DRM, activation, telemetry, or usage meter is included.

What the purchase covers

$200 USD, paid once, covers the delivered version. No Ghostwriting OS subscription, usage tier, monthly retainer, or mandatory seller-hosted service is included or required. Use of the purchased version does not expire. Future releases, ongoing updates, consulting, managed ghostwriting, and AI-provider access are not promised unless expressly included at purchase. AI-provider fees and usage limits are separate.

Responsibility

You remain responsible for author permission, factual review, privacy, disclosures, and final publication. Writing instructions cannot guarantee model compliance, accuracy, security, platform access, views, followers, or revenue. The package never posts, messages, buys, schedules, or accesses an account on your behalf.

Refunds

Ghostwriting OS is a downloadable digital product. After digital access is supplied or downloading begins, discretionary change-of-mind refunds are not offered to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not exclude mandatory cancellation rights, legally required refunds, or remedies for nondelivery, material defects, misdescription, unauthorized charges, or other applicable consumer protections. The storefront's and payment provider's requirements also apply, and may require remedies even where the seller does not offer a discretionary refund.

Before purchase, review the product format, included files, compatibility, and separate AI-provider requirements. This is an instruction-based editorial system, not standalone software, a subscription, or a done-for-you service.

For access or purchase problems, use the support contact on your receipt or storefront and include the order reference. Do not send account passwords or payment card details.
